Community has been, and will probably continue to be, one of the ongoing themes of these columns. Yes, the January, 1999 column was specifically devoted to the topic, but it's come up many times in the past as well, perhaps not the pronounced theme, but certainly a significant sub-theme, waiting in the wings for its starring role.
