The Center for On-Line Addiction wants to help. They offer an Internet Addiction Test - a questionnaire with twenty questions - which even someone who is totally addicted can administer to him or herself rather effortlessly, and even check the results according to the scale offered. If you find yourself to be normal, no further intervention is required, but if your score shows that you may be addicted, the center also offers online counseling.
