Anyone who signed up for the SMS announcement received it long ago, and of course
even those who didn't, and instead relied on established media channels (or word
of mouth) have already heard the news. The
page that permits us to sign up for this service is, however, still there.
I wouldn't be surprised if it remains available until the election, though sometime
in the not too distant future somebody will realize that as historically significant
as it may be, there's no longer any reason to maintain it. So, in the interests
of historical inclusiveness, I'll post a screenshot of the significant part of
that page. Who knows ... some day someone might need precisely this information
for some as yet unclear reason.
