I've been working on the Boidem.

On the one hand I say that it's not the topic at hand, and on the other, I switch hands. And who am I to determine what the topic at hand is, anyway? I've consistently argued that hypertextual writing gives the reader greater control over the reading process, so if someone wants to decide that the topic is at hand, I suppose that they're free to do so.

Having said that, and after adding that my Boidem-related activities will receive a proper introduction in another column, I can at least note that anyone interested in knowing what it was that kept me so busy can sneak a glance at a new, non-column section of the Boidem. Just remember to use the Back button to return to this column.
