By my count (after running a search, of course) I've commented that something is a topic for a future column about twelve separate times. I first used this ploy way back in the third Boidem column I posted. I followed through on that promise fairly quickly. On the other hand, the last time I promised to deal with a passingly referred to subject sometime in the future was a bit over a year ago, and I still haven't made good on that promise.
