Okay, I admit that we're not exactly carrying out a discussion. It's more a case of my receiving reactions via e-mail, and then, with only limited permission, transforming those reactions into a public discussion by posting them as part of this site. Still, the original catalyst for the discussion was a web page, a public entity that invites (even if it doesn't receive) attention from whoever finds it, and, though this may be overemphasizing the obvious, the boundaries between the public and the private continue to blur.
